Birmingham has provided Precision Technologies with £1.2m of Mezzanine Funding
as part of a multi-million pound investment for the company to be sold to a new
management team. The deal, alongside a £2.2m investment from a Private Equity
House, enabled Precision Technologies to be sold to a team led by entrepreneur
Kevin Parkin along with Colin Palin and Patrick Walker who formulated a new growth strategy
for the company.
Precision Technologies is an engineering business working with customers globally to manufacture precision components for a large number of industries; mainly motorsport and aerospace markets. From production runs and development to prototyping of parts, Precision Technologies has more than 50 years’ experience in the manufacture of specialist precision components.
